The policy for the withdrawal of winnings is detailed in the General Terms and Conditions of Use of Nossa Aposta.

Cash out requests are processed up to the maximum of 48 hours from the date of request. During this period, and until the transfer order is given to the payment account of which you are the holder, you may cancel your cash out request from within 'Cashouts’ section.

Simply:

1. Click on the "Pending Cashout" button.

2. Select the transaction you wish to cancel and click on the "Transfer Money Back to Your Account" button.

3. Your money will be placed back into your Player's account balance.

Once the transfer order is given to your payment account, the status of the withdrawal request changes to "Processing" and you can no longer cancel it. You will receive an email notification when your withdrawal request is processed and the money sent to your payment account. You will be notified by email when your cashout request is processed.

You can withdraw (ask for a cashout) before the verification of the account, but we can only process it after the account verification process is completed.

The verification process includes validation of payment account ownership and identity. To this end, you will need to submit proof of ownership of the payment account to which you wish to have your winnings/balance transferred and also of your identity.

Currently, you can withdraw via bank transfer, Neteller or Skrill, as long as you have already used that payment method to credit your Player account. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account indicated and held by the respective Player.

International transfers outside the SEPA network (Single Euro Payments Area) are not possible. In this case, you should use alternative means of payment.

Withdrawals should, whenever the method used permits, be made by the same method used for deposit. If the deposit method does not allow withdrawals, they must be made via bank transfer (SEPA) to the account indicated and held by the Player when registering.

Whenever you want to change your payment account details, you should send us this information and a copy of the document proving the ownership of the new account.

If it is a bank account, the document must contain the following characteristics: document issued by the bank that contains your name, the bank's own identification, the IBAN / BIC and the date of issue (issued within the last 3 months).

If you have a Skrill/Neteller account, the proof of ownership of the payment account must contain the following characteristics: your name, account number and e-mail address and identification of the payment method (eg logo).

Nossa Aposta handles withdrawal requests as quickly as possible, up to a maximum of 48 business hours. Once a transfer order is given to your payment account, the status of the withdrawal request changes to "Processing."

Once processed, it will take the normal time for a bank transfer. This period is the sole responsibility of the banking entities.

For the withdrawal to be processed, your account must be verified and the documents validated. Please refer to the answer to the question “Can I withdraw before my account is verified?”

Please note that on weekends and holidays bank transactions are suspended, which may extend the time for your withdrawal amount to reach your bank account.

Nossa Aposta doesn’t charge any withdrawal fees. There are only exceptions to international transfers. Please check our Terms and Conditions for more information on this subject.

The minimum withdrawal limit via bank transfer, directly through your account, is € 10 and the maximum limit is € 100,000.

If you want to make a withdrawal via bank transfer for an amount below € 10, please contact our Customer Support.

If you have not yet submitted valid documents proving your identity and ownership of the payment account, within 72 hours of the withdrawal request, it will be canceled and the amount will return to your Player Account.

In this case, you must submit the necessary documents and make the withdrawal request again.

When you want to make a withdrawal, simply:

1. Click on ‘My Account’.

2. Choose the 'Cashout' option.

3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and the remaining bank data needed for the wire transfer.

4. Click on 'Request Cashout’ and your request will be sent to be processed.

Note that multiple Cash out requests made within a 24hr period, and using the same payment method may be combined into one payment.
