By completing and submitting the player account registration form trough the Site, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Use and that you undertake to comply with them without reservation, expressly stating that:

- You are neither a magistrate nor a member of the law enforcement authorities or the security forces;
- You are not a member of the corporate bodies, nor employee of A Nossa Aposta - Jogos e Apostas Online, S.A.;
- You do not have access, effective or potential, to the computer systems through which online gambling is offered on this Site;
- You are not personnel, trainers, sportspeople, whether professional or amateur, judges, referees, sports entrepreneurs and those in charge of the bodies organising the competitions and sports events and horse races and competitions on which bets may be placed when, directly or indirectly, they may or could intervene in the outcome of the events;

- You acknowledge that A Nossa Aposta – Jogos e Apostas Online, S.A. has the legal obligation to verify your identity, as well as all data provided in the registration form, and that you will immediately provide the related documents if requested by it.
- You are aware that transfers of money available in your player account can only be made to a bank account of which you are the holder.
A Nossa Aposta – Jogos e Apostas Online, S.A. provides gaming services and online betting through the site, the provision of which is made in accordance with the law and applicable Portuguese legislation. The technical gaming system underlying the services provided and the Site is also in compliance with applicable Portuguese legislation and regulations, namely with the rules on prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism.

Clause 1 - Acronyms and definitions
The Parties: refers jointly to the Player and to A Nossa Aposta - Jogos e Apostas Online, S.A.
Player Account: The player account is a single and personal account, associated with the registration of a natural person (the "Player"), used exclusively for the practice of games, which allows to access and play the games made available on the site per the conditions defined in these General Terms and Conditions of Use and the applicable laws and regulations, in which all movements made by the Player are credited and debited.
In accordance with art. 40, paragraph 2 of Decree-Law no. 66/2015, of April 29th, each Player is only allowed to have a player account on the Site.
Bet: bet on sports or casino games.
Sports bet: is where the sum of money placed as a bet is associated with a prediction as to a certain kind of result in a previously-identified competition or sports event, the outcome of which is uncertain and is not dependent on the will of the participants.
Contract: the contract between the parties which includes all the terms contained in these Terms and Conditions of Use (including those included in Security and Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy, the Bonus Policy on Responsible Gaming Policy, in Casino Games and Sports Betting Rules, as well as on the Site).
Operator Entity: A Nossa Aposta - Jogos e Apostas Online, S.A. (see Clause 2).
Player: individual person, not forbidden legally the practice of online gaming, registered in the site and holder of a Player Account associated with that record.
Game Demo: game without using money (free game and for fun) with the same characteristics of games using real money, presenting in an equally, correct and balanced way, the chance to win.
Game of chance: means a game which implies the expenditure of a sum of money and the outcome of which is contingent as it is based solely and fundamentally on chance.
NIPC: Number of Legal Person Identification.
Site: refers to the site of A Nossa Aposta – Jogos e Apostas Online, S.A. and through which provides online gaming services to players, available at URL www.nossaaposta.pt.
Software: refers to all programs, files, data or any other content of and/or available in the Site.
SRIJ: Serviço de Regulação e Inspeção de Jogos
User: refers to any single individual accessing the site and software, but do not complete a register on the Site (not, therefore, Player).
Clause 2 - Identification of the Operator entity
The site www.nossaaposta.pt, dedicated to online gambling, is operated and responsibility of A Nossa Aposta – Jogos e Apostas Online, S.A., Limited Company of Portuguese law, headquartered at Rua Luciana Stegagno Picchio, 3, Lisbon, with NIPC 513966420, hereinafter referred to as Nossa Aposta. It is the holder of the licenses no. 011 and no. 012, issued by the SRIJ – Serviço de Regulação e Inspeção de Jogos do Turismo de Portugal, IP, which authorizes it to develop the activity of online gambling in games of chance and fixed-odds sports betting in Portugal and is thus subject to its control, regulation and inspection. Only the licenses issued by SRIJ are valid in Portugal.
Nossa Aposta develops this activity through the accessible Internet site at www.nossaaposta.pt , hereinafter referred to as "Site".
Clause 3 - Modifications and updates of the General Terms and Conditions of Use
A Nossa Aposta reserves the right to modify and update these General Terms and Conditions of Use, access and content of its site, at any time and without prior notice. Players will be informed of any changes through appropriate message.
It is the responsibility of the Player to keep up to date with any future changes, which, however, will not apply to bets already placed. Any connection to the Site, or any use of its services, by the Player after a change in the General Terms and Conditions of Use will be considered as acceptance of the changes made, that will be in force for the Player from that moment on.
Clause 4 - Obligations regarding the use of the Site
By using the Site, the Player commits to:
- Use the Site, as well as the services provided through the Site, only for the purposes authorized by the General Terms and Conditions of Use (including the Policies and Rules referred to above, which form an integral part thereof) and in compliance with laws, regulations, directives and practices generally accepted in the country from which the Player accesses the Site;
- Not disturbing or interfering with the security of the Site, attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the Site or the game system supporting the Site, or participating in any other form of abuse of the Site, the services provided through the Site, the game system resources (including servers or networks connected or accessible through the Site) or Player Accounts registered and created through the Site;
- Not modifying or attempt to modify, by means of any processes or tools, the software, the underlying game system to the Site or game engines offered through the site, especially with the aim of changing game scores;
- Not including any false information in the registration form submitted through the Site, namely as to his/her identity;
- Not disclosing false information or illegal notices through the Site or in relation to the Site or the services provided through the Site;
- Not using the Site for purposes that are unlawful or likely to harm the reputation of Nossa Aposta (or third parties);
- Not using or attempt to use, the stochastic calculus or any other artificial intelligence software regarding the use of games;
- Not infringing or damaging the intellectual property rights of Nossa Aposta or third parties, in particular by committing not to reproduce all or part of the Site content in any way, without the authorization of Nossa Aposta;
- Not uploading to the Site or send to other players, users or employees of Nossa Aposta, e-mail or any other medium, content that may be illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, threatening the privacy of others, hate, racist or otherwise objectionable or may constitute harassment;
- Not authorizing third parties to use your Player Account;
- Responding to any requests made by Nossa Aposta regarding your Player Account, as well as proceeding with the sending of documents or evidence that are requested by Nossa Aposta regarding the data provided at the time of registration, namely regarding your age, your bank details, Deposits made, etc.
Without prejudice to other applicable provisions, Nossa Aposta reserves the right at any time to refuse to activate a registration or the creation of a Player Account, as well as to suspend such registrations and/or Player Accounts, whenever there is suspicion of fraudulent behaviour of the User or Player or attempted misuse of the Site prior to, during or after the creation of the register and/or the Player Account or about its registration and/or Player Account.
The Player acknowledges that Nossa Aposta and its managers, employees and other workers are prohibited from lending to Players and to make available, directly or indirectly, devices that allow Players to lend to each other.
Player agrees that he/she is solely responsible for the actions and communications he/she carries out or transmits through the Site and in particular for the actions and communications made or transmitted through its Player Account.
Clause 5 - Player commitments
By using the services available through the Site, the Player declares and warrants that:
- He/she understands that he/she may earn or lose money while gambling or betting on the Site and undertakes to assume full and exclusive responsibility for the consequences of any financial loss;
- He/she is not legally prohibited from gambling or betting online;
- The information and personal data provided for the registration and related to his/her player account are accurate, true and complete;
- The money funds to use to play or bet on the Site do not originate from an illegal source, nor are related to money laundering or financing terrorism crimes;
- He/she does not use his/her Player Account or any services available through the Site for purposes unrelated to the practice of online gaming through the Site, including to practice or participate in any crimes or other illegal or fraudulent activities, directly or indirectly, or for the purpose of transferring monetary funds;
- By accessing the Site and using the services provided through the Site, he/she acts in accordance with the applicable legislation and regulations in all the jurisdictions to which he/she is subject;
- Do not use his/her Player Account or the services available through the site as an intermediary or on behalf of any other person, particularly one who is prohibited from the practice of online gaming;
- He/she will be responsible for indemnifying, defending and acquitting Nossa Aposta, its directors, employees, representatives and suppliers, as well as any partners and third parties, against any losses, damages or expenses (including professional fees) arising from any infringement of the Terms and General Conditions of Use or applicable laws and regulations, if such breach is culpable and attributable to the Player.
Clause 6 - Create a Player Account
Participating in the games available on this site requires you to create a Player Account using the registration form provided.
It is not possible to play or bet on our Site without the creation of a Player Account.
The Player Account creation in the Site is only possible for users who are 18 years old or more and not declared incapable by court, provided they are not prohibited the practice of online gambling by legislation and regulations in Portugal or in the country where they access the Site.
Activation of the registration and subsequent creation of a Player Account shall be suspended until the accuracy of the data relating to the User's identity which is provided in the registration form has been verified, and Nossa Aposta may demand from the User satisfactory evidence of his/her identification and other data when this is not possible for Nossa Aposta in the face of the data provided and by consulting the databases available to Nossa Aposta through the connection to the SRIJ.
Each User who meets the conditions necessary to create a Player Account may only be associated with one (1) Player Account on the Site. Player Accounts cannot be transferred to third parties, nor used by anyone who is not the registered owner.
Player Account creation
To create an account, the Player must click the "Register" button and follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
The Player must specify his/her login details indicating:
- A Username of his/ her choice (provided that it is no longer being used by another Player);
- A password of his/her choice.
Nossa Aposta reserves the right to prohibit the use of usernames that it deems inappropriate.
To create an account, the Player must provide the following personal information:
- Full Names;
- Date of birth;
- Occupation;
- Address of residence;
- Postal Code;
- City;
- District;
- Country of residence;
- Nationality;
- Identification of the type of document;
- Citizen card number/passport number;
- Tax identification number;
- E-mail address.
All fields above are required. By submitting a registration form, the Player acknowledges that Nossa Aposta is legally obliged to verify his/her identity by confirming the personal data submitted.
In addition to the above data, the Player will also be asked to indicate the following data to improve the services provided by Nossa Aposta and, if consent has been given, send information about bonuses and promotional offers:
- Genre;
- Mobile number.
The Player must also provide all the identifying elements of his payment account, as well as a document proving his respective ownership.
A proof of bank ownership is a document issued by the respective bank that contains the full name of the Player, the IBAN / BIC, the bank's identification and the date of issue (issued in the last 3 months). Secure documents issued by the respective bank in PDF format will be accepted. The proofs sent directly from the bank's app/homebanking must be sent to the email apoio@nossaaposta.pt. Proofs sent to personal e-mails and then sent to apoio@nossaaposta.pt will not be accepted, as they could be edited, thus not guaranteeing the security of the respective documents.
A proof of ownership for NETELLER or SKRILL accounts is an official document of the respective payment method, which contains the Player's full name, account number and e-mail and identification of the payment method (eg. logo).
The Player expressly acknowledges and accepts that Nossa Aposta may take all steps it deems necessary or convenient to confirm, whenever necessary, any or some of the data indicated by the Player, in particular, by completing declarations that are appropriate for that purpose, as well as by sending additional documentation.
The personal data submitted, as well as the chosen password, will be maintained by Nossa Aposta on conditions of strict confidentiality, under the legal terms. Other players may only see his/her Username, his/her first name and the initial of his/her last name. For more information about the processing of your personal data that is made by Nossa Aposta, see our Security and Privacy Policy.
In the event the Player submits any documents, originals or copies, and Nossa Aposta finds that they have been manufactured, altered, modified, tampered with, falsified, counterfeited or contain any incorrect, incorrect or inaccurate information or have not been issued by competent authorities, Nossa Aposta will immediately suspend its Player Account and notify the competent judicial and/or administrative authorities.
The Player should bear in mind that a short version of his name may be visible to other players in the spaces relating to the communication of recent winners.
Changing Account Information
The Player may change his/her password at any time by accessing his/her personal details in the section of the Site entitled "My Account".
The Player may change other personal information concerning him/her, excluding those relating to the date and place of birth, the civil identification number and the tax identification number, by contacting the Customer Support team of Nossa Aposta (he/she can do it by e-mail apoio@nossaaposta.pt, through the site by clicking the chat symbol, or by calling (+351) 210 494 991.
The alteration of the data related to the Player's bank account is subject and dependent on the sending and validation of the documents that prove the elements of the bank account and the ownership of that bank account (issued in the last 3 months, and with visible date on it).
The change of data related to the Player's address is subject to and dependent upon the sending and validation of the certifying documents of the Player's address (issued in the last 3 months, and with visible date on it).
Registration completion
The User expressly declares that if the country from which the User accesses the Site and the services provided through the Site is not Portugal, the User is solely responsible for verifying that the laws, regulations, directives or practices of that country prohibit registration on the Site and/or prohibit the use of the Site and or prohibit the practice of online gambling and betting. The availability of the Site in any official country, region or language does not constitute an offer, solicitation or invitation to use Nossa Aposta, nor does it constitute a statement or guarantee of Nossa Aposta regarding the legality or legitimacy of the use of the gambling or betting services, or others, in any country, region or jurisdiction where such activities are prohibited by law. In no event shall Nossa Aposta be liable for any breach of any common laws, regulations, directives or practices in force in other countries, states, regions or jurisdictions, other than in Portugal, from which the User accesses the Site and may occur as result of that usage. The User acknowledges, accepts and expressly declares that the registration on the Website and/or the use of the Site and the services made available through the Site in any country where it is prohibited to register on the Site and/or use of the Site and the services made available through of the Site and/or the practice of online games and bets constitutes a culpable violation of these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
Once his/her information has been entered, the Player is requested to accept the General Terms and Conditions of Use by placing a "visa" in the check box next to the text "I accept the Terms and conditions. I declare that I am at least 18 years old. "
After completing the registration form, a confirmation screen will be displayed informing the User whether or not his/her identity could be identified. In either case, an e-mail is also sent to the Player with instructions on how to complete the registration.
If it is not possible to verify the identity of the Player, Nossa Aposta is legally obliged to request documents proving his/her identity, with photograph and date of birth, which he/she must submit through the Site. Nossa Aposta is proposed to carry out all the necessary checks to ensure that the data provided in the online registration form matches the information present in those documents.
If Nossa Aposta determines that the above mentioned conditions of registration have not been met or are no longer respected, or that the information provided by the Player is no longer accurate/complete and/or current, Nossa Aposta reserves the right to refuse to create, suspend or disable the Player Account.
Clause 7 - Account and password
The Player is personally responsible, at all times, for all activity in his/her Player Account. The Player shall keep as confidential any information about his/her account, especially his/her password, as well as all transactions performed on his/her account.
The Player agrees to immediately notify Nossa Aposta, using the e-mail address apoio@nossaaposta.pt in case of unauthorized use of his/her Player Account, third-party access to his/her password or any other Security breach.
Player may be liable for any damages resulting from the use of his/her identity, password or Player Account by another person on the Site. Nossa Aposta accepts no responsibility for losses or damages suffered by Players as a result of unauthorized use of their registration details by third parties, even without the Players' knowledge.
If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot my password?" link in the login box and enter the e-mail address associated with your Player Account. Nossa Aposta will proceed to send an e-mail with a link that will allow you to generate a new password.
Nossa Aposta reserves the right to require you to modify your username and password if they do not guarantee proper security.
Clause 8 - How to use the games
8.1. General
Participation in the games is exclusively remote, through the Site and using the username and password associated with the Player Account. The Site can be accessed through all computer equipment, specifically a PC or any other equipment with Internet connection (smartphones, tablets, etc.).
To connect to the site, the Player acknowledges and agrees that it must have appropriate equipment and software as well as an Internet connection compatible with the conditions for the provision of the games offered by the site.
Nossa Aposta recommends that the following elements are available:

If the Player does not have at least this configuration, he/she may not be able to enjoy the full services offered on the Site.
8.2. Games of chance ("casino games")
The Player participates in the games by placing a bet amount which will be immediately debited from his Player Account. Thus, participation in any games, other than demonstration games, presupposes the availability of sufficient funds in the Player Account for placing bets.
Demonstration games are non-cash games (free games and fun games), with the same characteristics as the real money games, equally presenting a fair and balanced way to win.
The different types of bets and the possible gains can be found in the Casino Games Rules and there is a range of choices of bets for each game.
The Player will be immediately informed of the result at the end of a game and any winnings will be credited to the Player's account.
The Player has at his/her disposal, through his/her Player Account, the possibility to check the list of his/her activities of game, as well as to be able, in some games to visualize the game played.
If a game is interrupted before the end due to a technical problem, the player must contact Customer Support immediately by e-mail address apoio@nossaaposta.pt, through the Site by clicking the Chat symbol, or by telephone (+351) 210 494 991, to analyse the situation in accordance with the interruption of the game. Customer Support analysis will be performed based on all recorded transactions, which will reflect linearly the impact on the Player Account balance.
If it is found that one or more games have not taken place in accordance with the Casino Games Rules or these General Terms and Conditions of Use, Nossa Aposta reserves the right to correct the results of those games in order to reflect the result that would have been produced had such games been successful.
Any winnings or losses incorrectly calculated during a game play may be corrected by Nossa Aposta, without prior notice to the Player.
The Rules of the Casino Games offered by Nossa Aposta, which form an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions of Use, are also available in each of the games available on the site.
8.3 Sports Betting
The Legal Framework for Online Gambling and Betting, approved by Decree-Law no. 66/2015 of 29 April, stipulates in its number 3 of Article 5 that the rules for the execution of bets online are set by the control, inspection and regulation entity. The Gaming Committee has decided to adopt, in the form of a regulation (Regulation 903-A / 2015), the rules for the application of fixed-odds sports betting, when practiced at a distance, by means of electronic, computer, telematic and interactive, or by any other means (online fixed-odds sports betting) and in which the player plays against the Operator entity, for which regulation is available at: https://dre.pt/application/file/a/72934070.
8.3.1 Definitions
Sports bet: the choice of one or more results, within multiples possible outcomes in a sports event.
- Single bet: a money amount is placed associated with a prognosis about a type of result of a single competition or sporting event. A single bet contains only one selection, which must be a winning one, in order for your bet to win.
- Multiple bet: a money amount is associated with a simultaneous prognosis is placed on two or more types of results of one or more competitions or sporting events. A multiple bet contains two or more different selections, all of which must be winning in order for the bet to be won. The total value of the multi-bet odds is the result of multiplying the odds values made available in the bet slip for each of the selected events.

System bet: combined (or system) betting includes several combinations of selections included in a single multiple bet. There are two types of combined (or system) bets:
- System bet x/y: where x is the number of selections on each combined bet and y the number of selections chosen by the player.
- Advanced system bet: in addition to the previous bet, you can make combinations of all y selections and/or a single bet for each selection in the same combination (or system) bet.
- For each bet, the amount won depends on the number of correct bets. The more selections/bets are included in a combined (or system) bet, the more combinations are possible.
Live betting: the live betting schedule can be changed at any time due to changes in the broadcast plan of the broadcasters. If a bet is placed at an incorrect price due to late coverage of a "live" event in which a team/player has gained a significant advantage, bets will be void.
Bet slip: contains all the selected bets registered by the player with one or more possible outcomes.
Event: the sporting event that is the basis for the performance of one or several bets. It can also be called "competition" or "sporting event".
Time of the bet: the period of time that elapses between the beginning and the end of the betting period, called "pre-event bets", if made at the latest until the beginning of the event or events to which they refer, or as "live bets", if made during the event or events.
Result type: the question underlying a sports bet on one or more events occurring during a given time period of one or more events.
Potential return value: result of the multiplication of the total odd by the value of the bet made. If one of the multiple bet selections is void, the returns are calculated based on the odds of the other selections, if all are won.
8.3.2 Bet Slip Registration
A placed bet will only be valid after its acceptance by Nossa Aposta's system. Each valid bet will generate a reference and the bet amount will be immediately debited from the Player's account. Bets will not be valid if there are not enough funds in the Player's account.
It is the Player responsibility to ensure that the details of his/her bets are correct.
Once the bets have been placed, they cannot be canceled by the Player.
All bet selections are subject to limits set by Nossa Aposta.
Bets will be settled, based on the official final results of the event(s), as soon as possible, as a general rule, up to one hour after the end of the event(s), any winnings will be credited to the Player’s account.
8.3.3. Checking betting results
Nossa Aposta checks the results of an event based on the official final results announced at the end of the competition.
Bets will be settled based on the results published on the site "Information" - "Results".
During the broadcast of live events, the results considered valid will be those immediately announced at the end of the event/competition. Any changes, subsequent to these results, will be disregarded to determine the winning bets.
If an event/tournament is suspended, this suspension will not affect bets already settled. If an event is definitely considered to be finalized, even if all normal time has not elapsed, all bets placed on that event will be settled according to official final results.
Unless stated otherwise in the Sports Betting Rules, the result announced on the date of a match is what will be taken into account to determine the winning bets. Any subsequent changes to the result by the official or disciplinary authorities will not be considered to determine the winner of the bets.
8.3.4. Changes to the event
If there are:
a) changes to the start time of the event: Nossa Aposta reserves the right to cancel all bets on this event, in which case the bet amount will be returned or the odd recalculated.
b) changes in the location of the event: Nossa Aposta reserves the right to cancel all bets on this event, in which case the bet amount will be returned or the odd recalculated.
8.3.5. Suspension of an event
An event will be deemed to have been suspended if canceled earlier than the minimum time set for the competition of which it is a part.
If the event is permanently suspended, it will be considered to have been canceled.
Single bets placed on the canceled event will be refunded.
Multiple bets, of which the canceled event is a part, remain valid and the corresponding winnings will be calculated by multiplying the quotas of the remaining events, excluding the event canceled.
8.3.6. Cancellation of a bet
Whenever a single bet is void, the bet amount will be returned to the Player, without right to any prize.
Whenever, in a multiple bet, it is verified that only in relation to some event (s) the bet must be canceled, while the remaining selections remain valid, the total odds will be modified taking into account annulment of the selection in question.
Nossa Aposta reserves the right, at its discretion, to declare a bet totally or partially canceled, namely in the following situations:
- Software failure, writing error, or notorious error, occurred and/or detected in the betting provider and/or in Nossa Aposta;
- When the Player's activity enters into any of the situations that determine the suspension or cancellation of the Player's Account;
- In the case of a public announcement made in relation to a bet that significantly changes the odds, or in the event of a public announcement of the results during the betting verification period;
- When the results have been affected, directly or indirectly, by criminal actions;
- In the case of bets where a Player, or parties acting in association with the Player, directly or indirectly influence the outcome of an event;
- When there has been any real collusion between players or between these and third parties, or attempted collusion, to obtain an illegitimate gain to the game;
- When the Player is prevented from playing or becomes in one of the situations that the law, regulations or these General Terms and Conditions of Use comniem with such an impediment;
- In the specific cases described in the Rules of Sports Betting.
8.3.7. Limitations of the bets
The maximum and minimum amount authorized for all sports bets is defined by Nossa Aposta which reserves the right to change it without prior notice. In addition, Nossa Aposta also reserves the right at any time to impose specific limits on certain events or markets.
Nossa Aposta may set limits on potential winnings for certain bets or events.
8.3.8. Sports betting rules
Any additional information or rules about bets, related to a specific type of sport, are summarized in the Rules of Sports Betting.
In the event of a contradiction between these general betting provisions and the Rules on Sports betting, the latter must prevail.
8.3.9 Correction of errors
Nossa Aposta is not responsible for any obvious error odds display, results or any other data, and no Player can claim for compensation as a result of such error.
All odds are subject to variation and become permanent when a bet is placed. However, Nossa Aposta reserves the right at any time to correct obvious errors in the insertion of the betting odds, or to cancel bets based on odds that are incorrect.
If a bet is settled incorrectly and returns credited to the player's account, Nossa Aposta reserves the right to correct the bet by withdrawing the wrong amount credited to the player's account, regardless of whether they are due to technical writing or other type of error.
If, for any reason, an early bet is accepted inadvertently after the match has already begun, bets will be void, and the bet amount will be refunded. The same applies to betting on selections whose result is already known at the time the bet is placed.
8.3.10 Collusion between Players
Players must place their bets individually. If there is evidence of a set of bets placed by a customer or group of customers that results in guaranteed profits for the customer regardless of the outcome, either individually or as part of a group, those same bets may be declared null and void by Nossa Aposta at any time, including after the event.
8.3.11 Fraudulent competitions
If there are any suspect of fraud, match-fixing or other irregularities that may compromise the integrity of a bet, the event in question will be suspended from the list of events and bets on this event will not be validated. Bets may be void.
Clause 9 - Bonus
The Bonus Policy of Nossa Aposta integrates these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
The functioning of the bonuses is also expressed in the specific terms and conditions of each promotion of Nossa Aposta.
Bonuses can only be used for placing bets on games of chance.
Clause 10 - Deposit and withdrawal of money
Using the Player Account is strictly limited to the Player Account Owner in online games available on the Site and not for any other use, especially as bank account.
Under no circumstances can any amount of money associated with a Player Account accrue interest.
Subject to compliance with all provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Use, Nossa Aposta agrees to transfer the Player's winnings, excluding the bonus amounts or promotional offers available in the Player Account, upon request, to the bank account Indicated and entitled by the Player, provided that the balance of his Player Account has available credit for this purpose. This information will be expressly requested to you on the first transfer request.
Any transfer shall be preceded by verification by Nossa Aposta that the games or bets through which amounts to be transferred have been earned were executed correctly, and that there was no deception, fraud or any Software or human error that may have led to unjustified winnings or to an unfounded loss.
The Player will be liable for any losses, damages or losses that Nossa Aposta may suffer in respect of payments to and from your Player Account arising from the improper or abusive use of your Player Account.
Under no circumstances may Nossa Aposta be held liable for any costs associated with the transfer of amounts between a Player Account and a bank account of that Player when such transfers are requested by the Player himself. Players are responsible for checking in advance with the bank or payment service provider in which they have the bank account in question whether there may be any costs, fees or commissions associated with such transfers.
Player declares that he is aware that any transfer from his Player Account to his bank account is subject to the usual times for the processing of bank transfers.
The Player will be responsible for ensuring that he has properly transmitted to Nossa Aposta the identifiable elements of his bank account necessary to make any transfer. Nossa Aposta cannot be held responsible if a transfer is made to a wrong bank account because of incorrect data provided by the Player.
No amount can be transferred until the Player Account has been verified by Nossa Aposta. Nossa Aposta reserves the right to request from Players any information or documents deemed necessary to verify deposits and withdrawals of money.
Any request for deposit of values in the Player Account, made by Multibanco, credit card or other means made available to the Player, will be executed immediately after verification, unless there are technical problems. The Player may use the following payment methods:
- Multibanco;
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard;
- Alternative payment methods: NETELLER and Skrill.
The transfers requested by the Player and approved by Nossa Aposta will be exclusively through the SEPA bank transfer mechanism (Single Euro Payments Area or the single payments area in Euros). Nossa Aposta cannot be held liable for damages or losses resulting from the fact that the bank account indicated by the Player does not allow the transfer of funds through SEPA.

Clause 11 - Guarantees and limitation of liability
The Player accesses the Site and the services made available through the Site entirely at his own risk.
Nossa Aposta does not guarantee that the site meets the player's requirements, is not subject to interruptions, is appropriate, safe or free from errors and bugs at all times and cannot be used by third parties in bad faith in violation of intellectual property rights. Nossa Aposta does not guarantee that all faults are corrected, but will make its best efforts to do so.
As a result of the above, the player recognizes that Nossa Aposta, its directors, employees, agents and subcontractors shall not be liable, based on the offered services or information provided, for any damage or loss that the player may suffer, directly or indirectly, including loss of profits, loss of opportunities, earnings, loss of use, loss or alteration of data or any costs incurred with the acquisition of substitute equipments or services resulting from the use or operation of the Site and/or services offered or of data accessible through the Site.
Nossa Aposta also shall not be liable if for any reason beyond its control, one or more games or services are changed, delayed, canceled or placed temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or updates.
Similarly, Nossa Aposta reserves the right to interrupt or suspend one or more games or services offered on the Site at any time.
Regardless of the cause, the maximum amount of compensation for which Nossa Aposta may be liable, for any reason or cause, including negligence, for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable, shall be limited to the amount of 500,00 € (five hundred euros), where the Nossa Aposta liability limitation is permitted by law.
Clause 12 - Intellectual property
The Player declares that it is aware that Nossa Aposta is the holder or beneficiary of the intellectual property rights relating to all trademarks, company names, symbols, trade names, domain names or URLs, logos, photographs, databases, sounds, video clips, animations, images, text and other content or distinctive signs displayed on the site as well as software and games presented on the Site.
The player benefits only an access license and use of the Site and its contents that is personal, non-exclusive, temporary, revocable, non - transferable and strictly limited to non - commercial use of the Software and the Site. It is strictly forbidden any other use of the distinctive symbols of Nossa Aposta beyond the legitimate and authorized access to player game services provided on the Site.
Player will refrain from violating those intellectual property rights in any way, including by reproduction, communication or use (even partially) the site of distinctive signs, software, games or any other site element, without the prior written consent of Nossa Aposta.
Clause 13 - Term

The player will have access to the services provided on the Site once Nossa Aposta activate his/her registration and create the corresponding Player Account, after verification of the submitted data.
Clause 14 - Suspension, cancellation and deactivation of player account
The registration and the player's account may be subject to change by Nossa Aposta under the law and regulations. Namely, Nossa Aposta can proceed to:

The suspension of registration or the player's account, he/she being prevented from participating in the games and make deposits in the account, namely when:
- The registry or the Player Account remain without any access by the player, without interruption, for a period of two years;
- The player has self-excluded for a fixed period and during that period;
- The player has triggered a play break and during the period thereof;
- Nossa Aposta has evidence or records of practices that indicate or show that the player has violated one or more clauses of these General Terms and Conditions of Use, if the specific situation does not apply another penalty provided for in the Law or the Regulations;
- There is sufficient evidence of the practice, or attempted practice, by the Player or third parties, of fraud or acts that aim to harm or damage Nossa Aposta;
- Nossa Aposta has evidence or records of practices that indicate or demonstrate that the player incurred the practice of money laundering or financing of terrorism crimes.

The cancellation of the player's registration, he/she being prevented from making any gambling operations, in particular when:
- The player has self-excluded indefinitely;
- At the end of a continuous period of 2 years from the date of the suspension;
- The Player's account has been disabled or cancelled;
- There is the cancellation of the game contract by the player.

The deactivation of the Player Account, with the disabling of any gambling operations, when:

The Player will be notified by e-mail of the suspension, cancellation or deactivation of his/her player account.
In case of suspension of the Player Account, the player may access the information contained in his/her Account, as well as perform withdrawals if he/she has a positive balance.
In addition, for an exceptional reason, duly reasoned and previously communicated to the SRIJ, the withdrawal of the Player Account may be deferred when Nossa Aposta has indications that this operation may be related to the practice of fraud, money laundering or terrorism.
In case of cancellation or deactivation of the Player Account, the player is not prevented from accessing the information contained in the Player Account.
Nossa Aposta will inform the player, if any, on the amount of any credit balance available and carry out the transfer within 48 hours to the indicated and owned payment account.
For exceptional reason, duly justified and previously communicated to SRIJ, the transfer referred to above may be deferred if Nossa Aposta has evidence that the transfer is related to the practice of fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing crimes.
The mentioned deferral of the balance of the Player's Account aims to ensure compliance with good practices and with the norms establishing preventive and repressive measures to combat fraud, money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
Clause 15 - Self-exclusion
The player can self-exclude from access and use of the Site, choosing the self-exclusion period he/she wants.
To exercise this option, the player must access the site area "My Account" and then access the tab "My Account Settings" where he/she can find the "self-exclusion".

During the period in which the Player is excluded, registration and Player Account remain suspended (or cancelled, in the case Player have chosen permanent self-exclusion), and he/she may not play any game or deposit monies in his/her account.
Clause 16 - Responsible gaming
Nossa Aposta invites the player to consult its Responsible Gaming Policy which is an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions of Use, where he/she can learn about all the mechanisms that are available on the Site and allow the player to establish, at his/her discretion, including:
- Deposit and betting limits (daily, weekly and monthly);
- Define reality alerts that inform of the time the Player is playing in each session (30 minutes, an hour or an hour and a half);
- The procedure for cool-off or self-exclusion from the site and information about "Linha Vida", which provides support for people with addiction problems.

Clause 17 - Deposit and betting limits determined by the player
The player can set daily, weekly and monthly deposit and betting limits.
To establish these limits the player must access the Site area "My Account" and then access the tab "Settings My Account" where he/she can find the fields "deposit limit" and "bet limit".
The above limits, regarding the entire range of possibilities, will be active until the player state otherwise to Nossa Aposta.
Once the player has set a limit, if he/she wants to change it, this change will take effect:
- After twenty-four (24) hours if he/she wants to cancel it or set a less restrictive limit;
- immediately if he/she wants to set a more restrictive limit.
To change the limits previously established, Player shall access "My Account", select the submenu "Settings My Account" and choose the restriction he/she wants to change.
Clause 18 - Player Account cancellation
The player may cancel his/her account at any time, requiring it by sending a registered letter to A Nossa Aposta - Jogos e Apostas Online, S.A., Rua Luciana Stegagno Picchio, N. 3, 1549-023 Lisboa, or through e-mail to apoio@nossaaposta.pt.
The contract will be terminated as soon as the player receives a written notice by Nossa Aposta confirming the termination of the contract.
Clause 19 - Player Account cancellation consequences
The cancellation of the Player Account means that the player ceases all use of the Site, the Software and games available on the site.
The cancellation of the Player Account involves the transfer, within 48 hours (except in cases provided for in Regulation 836/2015) the amounts contained in this player account to the bank account that the player holds, if the player has correctly provided the data from his/her bank account and there are no indications that this transfer is related to the practice of money laundering or terrorist financing crimes, in which case may be deferred.
The bonus amounts or promotional offers available in the Player account are not transferable to the bank account of the Player.
Clause 20 - Verification
A Nossa Aposta - Jogos e Apostas Online, S.A. may at any time verify any information related to Player registration and account. The Player must comply with any demand for documentation asked by Nossa Aposta for verification purposes.
Clause 21 - Complaints
A Nossa Aposta, fulfilling the commitments agreed with its players and other stakeholders, as well as the obligations arising from legislation, sees the management of complaints as an opportunity to continuously improve the quality of service it provides.
In the event of any claim related to the games or the service of Nossa Aposta, the player can go directly to our site where he/she can find our contacts (in features chat and phone), or send an e-mail to apoio@nossaaposta.pt.
Claims must be submitted within 15 days from the event giving rise to the claim. If not, the complaint is void.
Upon acceptance of the claim, Nossa Aposta will carry out all steps it deems necessary to establish the facts alleged by the complainant.
To this purpose, Nossa Aposta will carefully and honestly review the facts at its disposal and may ask the complainant or the its Internal services to provide additional information to clarify issues on which there are doubts.
However, the Player acknowledges and agrees that Nossa Aposta is not required to investigate or to follow up a complaint made by a player against another player.
Clause 22 - Security
A Nossa Aposta - Jogos e Apostas Online, S.A. implements security measures to protect the personal data of the players from unauthorized access and use by third parties. However, the player acknowledges and accepts the fact that Internet transmissions are never completely private and secure. The Player acknowledges that any message sent or transmitted information on our site may be read or intercepted by non-authorised third parties, even if a special notification specifies the encryption of a given transmission.

Clause 23 - Availability of services
The connection to the site and use of the services offered mean that the player is aware of and accepts the characteristics and limitations of Internet, specifically that is related to technical performance, response time to view, query or transfer information, risk of interruption , more generally, the risks inherent in any connection and transmission via the Internet or via mobile networks, the lack of protection of certain data against crime and the risks of contamination by any viruses circulating on the Internet or on mobile networks.
Nossa Aposta will make every effort to ensure that the Site and the Games are free of "bugs", computer viruses, "Trojan horses" and unauthorized spyware.
Nevertheless, Nossa Aposta cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for any damages or loss, resulting from, but not limited to:
- Transmission and reception or failure to receive data and/or information over the Internet or mobile networks;
- Any malfunction of the Internet and/or mobile networks, which prevent our services to function properly;
- Failure of any reception equipment or communications equipment;
- Any loss of data;
- Malfunction of any software;
- Consequences of any computer virus, "bug" computer, anomaly or technical failure;
- Any damage to the computer, mobile phone and/or other equipment of the User;
- Any technical failure of hardware or software, which may have caused any damage to the computer, mobile phone and/or other equipment of the player.
It is the responsibility of the player/user to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data on his/her computer, tablet and/or mobile phone against any violations and/or transgressions by third parties.
In addition, Nossa Aposta is only required to make their best efforts to ensure the continuity of its services. In principle, the site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in case of downtimes, scheduled or unscheduled, for maintenance reasons or in cases of force majeure.

No link to the homepage or any other site page can be created without the prior consent of Nossa Aposta.

Any use or reproduction, even partial, of any site elements of a site's third-party Internet through methods of inclusion, frames, in lining or any other similar methods, are strictly prohibited.
It is possible that the Site contains links to third party websites. These websites are provided solely for your convenience and information. Nossa Aposta does not guarantee or accept any liability regarding the hypertext and/or contents of those websites. Player access these websites at his/her own risk and acknowledges that these Internet sites may be subject to different terms and conditions of use and data protection compared to those in use in this Site.
Clause 25 - No waiver
The fact that Nossa Aposta choose not to apply any of the terms, commitments and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions of Use specifically to a player can never be construed as a waiver by A Nossa Aposta, or as a renounce of its rights.
Nossa Aposta may require a Player/User, at any time, to act in strictly accordance with all or some of the terms, conditions or undertakings referred to in these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
Clause 26 - Invalidity
The provisions in these General Terms and Conditions of Use should always be interpreted as consistent with applicable law. However, if any clause of these Terms and Conditions of Use is deemed null or invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses shall not be affected.
Clause 27 - Languages
A Nossa Aposta - Jogos e Apostas Online, S.A. provides its services to players in Portuguese and English.
These General Terms and Conditions of Use are translated into English, per choice of navigation by the User.
If a conflict between the translated version and the version in Portuguese arises, is the latter that prevails.
Clause 28 - Archiving and evidence
Files, data and documents stored by Nossa Aposta in its storage systems, subject to the safest conditions available, may be considered as evidence of communications and the results of games and bets made between the Player and Nossa Aposta.
Nossa Aposta will keep all records documenting any agreement made and/or concluded between Nossa Aposta and a Player in order to benefit from the electronic services of Nossa Aposta, without having to disclose these documents to third parties, with the exception of legal obligation to disclose them.
Clause 29 - Applicable law and disputes
This Agreement is subject to Portuguese law, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions that the player would be entitled to impose, pursuant to Section 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the law applicable to contractual obligations (Roma I).
In the event of disagreement or dispute between the player and A Nossa Aposta - Jogos e Apostas Online, S.A., from, or in connection with his/her use of the Site, the parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute quickly and in good faith, within 15 days from the notification by either party.
In the event of disagreement or dispute between the parties related to the use of the Site by the Player, the Parties shall try to solve this dispute quickly and in good faith, in a 15 days period from the date on which such dispute shall be communicated to any Party by the other.
If the disagreement or dispute cannot be solved within the stipulated time, the Portuguese courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any litigation concerning the application or interpretation of these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
